Gift Card - Terms & Conditions

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions apply to Alcott Gift Cards purchased in any “Alcott” branded shop or on alcott.eu (hereinafter “Alcott Gift Card”). By purchasing Alcott Gift Cards you accept these terms and conditions (hereinafter "Terms and Conditions"). Alcott Gift Cards are issued by Capri S.r.l., with registered office in Via F. Caracciolo, 15, VAT / Tax Code. 05647000636 (hereinafter the "Issuer"), which reserves the right to interpret, modify or terminate the Terms and Conditions without notice. The most recent version of the Terms and Conditions will always be available on the website alcott.eu. Alcott Gift Cards can be used in “Alcott” stores and online at alcott.eu in the country where the card was purchased. You can use Alcott Gift Cards to pay for all or part of the value of your selected item (s). If the purchase is not fully covered by the Alcott Gift Card, you can use an additional payment method to complete the purchase. The receipt will always show the current balance of the Alcott Gift Card used in the transaction.

2. PAYMENT

If you order your Alcott Gift Cards online, your order and payment will be processed and shipped by the Issuer. For the payment methods of the Alcott Gift Cards, please refer to article 4) bearing "Prices and Payments" of the general terms and conditions available at this link.

3. DELIVERY

In case of online purchase of the Alcott Gift Card, you can choose to receive an electronic (hereinafter "Alcott E-Gift Card") or physical Gift Card at your home address. You will receive your Alcott Gift Card within 3/5 working days from the date of the order. The Issuer is not responsible for non-delivery or delay in delivery. If you purchase an Alcott E-gift Card, it will be sent to the e-mail address indicated immediately after completing the purchase. It is your obligation to provide a correct delivery address for your Alcott Gift Card. If you order an Alcott E-gift card it is your obligation to provide a correct e-mail address for the delivery. If the address you have provided cannot be confirmed, the Issuer reserves the right to withhold delivery of the Alcott Gift Cards. The shipping of the gift card has the same cost of any other standard shipping.

4. VALIDITY

Each purchase of Alcott Gift Cards is limited to a maximum value of € 500.00 (five hundred / 00). The minimum value of the Alcott Gift Card is €25. You can increase the balance of your physical Alcott Gift Card by purchasing an additional credit in any Alcott store in the country of purchase of the card. The Alcott Gift Card is valid for 1 year from the date of the last activation or purchase. Upon expiry of the validity period, the Alcott Gift Card can no longer be used for purchase or reactivated and the remaining credit cannot be refunded. The Alcott Gift Card can be used as long as the card balance is zero.

5. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You have one month from the date of receipt of the Alcott E-Gift Card or from the purchase of the Alcott Gift Card by the recipient. You will be able to exchange a purchase made with an Alcott Gift Card at any “Alcott” store within 30 days from the date of use.

6. LIMITATION AND LIABILITY

The Issuer is not responsible for the loss, theft, deactivation or damage of the Alcott Gift Cards. In the event of theft, damage or loss, the Alcott Gift Card will not be replaced or refunded by the Issuer.
