For us, keeping the promise is important; But due the ongoing health emergency, delivery times may be longer than expected.

How Much the Shipping Costs?

The Standard Shipping Costs are €9, except for orders over € 49, for which shipping is free.
However, free shipping may vary in promotional periods.
The Express Shipping Costs are €20.

Has my order been registered?

Once your order has been completed, you will receive an email confirmation for it.

Has my order been shipped?

After having sent your package, we will send you the confirmation by email with of our courier tracking number.

Can i cancel my order?

No, you can’t. Once you have made the order cannot be canceled.

When will I receive my package?

Alcott guarantees delivery within 5/10 working days. Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday.
Couriers make 3 delivery attempts. After two delivery attempts, the package will be sent to our warehouse. If there is a notice of non-delivery, contact FEDEX at the reference office.

We recommend choosing an address where gls courier can find you easily available.
It will not be possible to change the address after the conclusion of the order.
All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to change the shipping and delivery times. It is not possible to indicate the delivery time. The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours.


What to do in case of damaged package?

In the event that the courier delivers you damaged package, wet or open, please you will accept it only with reservation, specifying the reasons for the reserve on the waybill before putting your signature (e.g. open package, wet package, etc..)

Why was my order canceled?

- Banking problem
- Problem with the delivery address
- Fraudulent motivation
- After 3 attempts of delivery by the courier failed to the indicated shipping address

Can I replace the item I ordered with a different size or different model?

No, it is not possible to change sizes, colors etc. once the order has been placed. The order can be returned and the customer refunded. If you want you can buy new item by placing a second order.

My order is incomplete. When will the absent article return online?

If your order has been shipped incomplete, we assure you that we will refund the cost of the absent items. If you receive such a notification, do not wait for the delivery of the missing items on a later date. The order is closed, once it is shipped.

Can I add another item to my order?

No, it is not possible to modify orders once they have been placed.

Can you ship both of my orders in one?

If you complete your order and subsequently purchase other items online, you must know that these are different orders that cannot be combined. You will have to bear the shipping costs of both.

Can you deliver my order to one of your stores?

No, it is not possible to deliver your order to our stores.

Do you ship outside Italy?

For the moment we ship to Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Austria, Belgium, Germany and France, but we will ship soon in more Country of EU.

Which courier will ship my order with?

Your order will be shipped with FedEx, our Shipping Partner. hype hype
