Prada Fashion Shows is the first comprehensive overview of the women's collections from the fashion house's debut in 1988 to the present day, presented through original photographs from the fashion shows. Founded in Milan in 1913 as a leather goods company, the fashion house embarked on a new path in 1979 as soon as Miuccia Prada took over the helm. In 1988, after focusing exclusively on accessories, the designer presented her first ready to wear collection, transforming the brand in just a few years into one of the most innovative luxury brands of its time, thanks to a personal, sophisticated and subtly subversive approach.
