Whistleblowing procedure
Legislative Decree 8 June 2001 n. 231 introduced in Italy a mechanism for attributing the administrative responsibility of the legal person for certain crimes, committed or attempted, in Italy or abroad, in the interest or to the advantage of the company itself, also providing for pecuniary and/or disqualification sanctions in the case of violation of the rule. Capri s.r.l., with the aim of guaranteeing conditions of correctness and transparency in carrying out its business activity, deemed it appropriate to analyze and strengthen the control and governance tools by adopting the organisation, management and control model, provided for by Legislative Decree 231 / 2001 last 06 October 2017.
