USE OF IMAGES AND NAME

As part of the social activities of Capri s.r.l., with registered office in Naples, via F. Caracciolo, 15, P. I, the undersigned, declare that I have ownership of the Image and that I have not assigned the right to exploit it to exclusive title to third parties and indemnifies Capri from any claims and complaints in this regard.
The undersigned acknowledges that no compensation may be requested for the use of the Images and/or the his Name.
The undersigned acknowledges that Capri may reserve the right not to use any of the Images and do not repost and/or tag on your social profiles.
The undersigned agrees to keep all information commercially secret and confidential sensitive of which should become known to Capri s.r.l.
Furthermore, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees that through the Images and the Name is possible reveal one's ethnic origin, one's nationality, all data deemed sensitive pursuant to the Regulation Data Protection General No. 2016/679 and for which, by accepting this release, I consent The treatment, assuming full and exclusive responsibility.
