MY ALCOTT LOYALTY PROGRAM

Membership Contract and General Terms and Conditions

1. My Alcott is an exclusive loyalty program dedicated to all Alcott customers who hold a Fidelity Card. Joining the program is free of charge.

2. You can join the My Alcott program by registering at any Alcott store or on the online store www.alcott.eu. In Alcott stores, you can enjoy discounts and services simply by showing the QR Code available in your profile on the website, in the app, or on the receipt.

3. Members of the My Alcott program (hereinafter referred to as “Client/s”) are entitled to the following exclusive benefits and services at Alcott stores worldwide and on the online store www.alcott.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).

4. For every euro spent in Alcott stores and/or on the online store, one loyalty point will be awarded.
The program includes 3 levels:

  • - Green Level: 0 to 200 points;
  • - Gold Level: 201 to 500 points;
  • - Platinum Level: from 501 points. The discount percentage applies to purchases made after reaching the level. Points are credited during the shipping phase. In case of returns, points are deducted based on the paid value of the individual item.
    - Green Level: 1 coupon for 5% off, no minimum spend.
    - Gold Level: 1 coupon for 10% off, no minimum spend.
    - Platinum Level: 1 coupon for 15% off, no minimum spend.

5. Additional benefits:

  • Double points: Periodically, selected products will grant double loyalty points upon purchase.
  • Birthday discount:
    - Green Level: Double points throughout your birthday month.
    - Gold Level: 20% discount on one order for your birthday.
    - Platinum Level: 25% discount on one order for your birthday.
  • Invitations to special promotions: You will receive exclusive invitations to promotions and events.

Coupon conditions:

  • Each coupon is valid for one month from the date of issue.
  • Coupons cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions.
  • Coupons are not valid on already discounted products.
  • Each coupon can be used only once.

7. Level upgrade: To move from one level to another, the required number of points must be accumulated. Accumulated points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.

8. Communications: The Client authorizes Alcott to send them commercial communications related to the loyalty program via newsletter, app, SMS, and WhatsApp. The Client may revoke this authorization at any time.

9. Data protection: Clients’ personal data will be processed in accordance with current privacy regulations. The full privacy policy is available on the Website.

10. Program changes: Alcott reserves the right to modify these general terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to Clients at least 10 days in advance and published on the Website.

11. Withdrawal: The Client may withdraw from the loyalty program at any time by sending written notice to Alcott.

12. Liability: Alcott assumes no responsibility for any disruptions or malfunctions of the loyalty program.

13. Applicable law: This contract is governed by Italian law.
