SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

Shipping coast: €5 ITALY - €15 SPAIN (we ship in Italy and Spain only).
Alcott guarantees the delivery within 24/48 hours for orders placed from Italy, and 48/72 hours for orders placed from Spain. Monday to Friday before 4PM. For the islands, the delivery might take a 1/2 days longer. The deliveries are made within office hours, Monday to Friday.

The courier will try to deliver your package twice. All orders are processed automatically and we’re not able to modify the shipping and delivery timings.

 

The package arrived damaged, what should I do?
If the packaged arrived damaged, wet or opened, please accept it by indicating "goods unchecked" only.

 

Can the delivery addres be different from the billing address?
Yes, when redirect to the payment page, you can indicate a shipping address different from the one you’ve used for the registration.

 

Where is my order?
You can check the status of your order from the section “MY ORDERS” on your profile. Alternatively, copy the order number you’ve received with the confirmation email and paste it HERE

- Check the shipping address;
- Should you receive an alert for a missing delivery, please contact the nearest GLS’s office.

 

Can I choose the delivery time?
It is not possible to select the preferred delivery time. The courier will deliver Monday to Friday, within office hours.
We suggest you choose an address where you’re easily reacheable. Please note that it won’t be possible to change the shipping address once the order is completed.

 

What happens if I’m not home when the order is delivered?
The courier will try to deliver the order for two consecutive days. After two attempts the order will be sent back to our warehouse.

 

Can I request an invoice?
Yes, it’s possible to request an invoice by using your “fiscal number”. You can choose to use different information from the delivery by unclicking the option “the delivery address is the same as the billing one”. In order to receive an invoice you need an Italian “fiscal number”; without it we won’t be able to emit an invoice. Should you be a foreigner or not insert a “fiscal number” you will receive a purchase receipt as proof of payment.

 

Can an order be annulled?
An order will result into an annulment for:

- Issues related to banks, delivery address or suspect of fraud.
- After two failed delivery attempt
