RETURNS AND REFUNDS

What are your return conditions?

You can return any product purchased, within 15 days from the confirmation email.

 

How can I return the goods?

Attention please: make sure all products are in the original condition with all tags attached, neither stained or worn.

Returning the goods is easy:

  1. LOG INTO YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
    Fill the on line return form indicating your preferred collection date and time ( Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6PM)

  2. PACK THE BOX
    Indicate on the receipt the goods you wish to return and pack the goods into OUR ORIGINAL BOX and enclose the receipt, close the box using the SECURITY sticker.

  3. RETURN IT
    Indicate on the box your data and the data of our warehouse for the delivery wait at home for the courier to come and collect it on the prearranged day you have chosen.

  4. REFUND
    Once we have recived you returned items, you refund will be processed immediately. Should your return fail to meet all our requirements, the order will be shipped back to you and the refund will not be processed.

 

Is the return free?

No, it cost €4.

 

How and when will I receive the refund?

Once the return is approved (all goods must be in their original condition, new and with all tags attached), you will receive an email to confirm the acceptance of your return and to confirm that the refund will be processed within a few days.

Please note that the timings for the refund on your credit card might vary according to your bank.

 

Where can I check the status of my refund?

You can check the status of your refund from the page MY ORDERS on your profile.

 

What should I do if the amount is not correct?

Please contact our customer care, we will solve your problem as soon as possible.

 

Can I receive the refund on a card different from the one used for the payment?

For security reasons we cannot make a refund on a card different from the one used for the purchase.
